The Canadian Medical Isotope Ecosystem (CMIE) Conference is a national forum dedicated to advancing Canada’s medical isotope and radiopharmaceutical ecosystem. Now in its third year, the conference brings together leaders from industry, research, government, healthcare, and investment to strengthen Canada’s global leadership in innovation, production, and commercialization.

Held over two days in Montreal, the conference focuses on translating scientific excellence into real‑world impact, from scaling Canadian innovations and strengthening supply chains to supporting job creation and economic growth.

The CMIE Conference serves as a national platform to explore current challenges, emerging opportunities, and the future direction of medical isotopes in Canada, while showcasing innovative programs and technologies supported by the CMIE Development Fund (CMIEDF).
